2024 Workshop

Kim Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Kim') held a workshop last November. 

As new members steadily joined, deputy managers and managers preparing for intermediate management roles by performing key tasks in the organization gathered to strengthen teamwork. 

Recently, in the process of changing from a vertical organizational structure to a horizontal organizational culture, various opinions were expressed to find ways to communicate between departments and generations and to establish the right communication culture within the KIM.
